I live in the East end of Toronto, more specifically Scarborough. I strive to be a professional, accountable candidate. I will work part or full-time as required. Available overnight and for long shifts if needed. A bit about me: I worked at Toronto General and Western Hospital for years. I also have some experience working in the Long Term Care Home. I have great clinical skills as I've floated to over 14 different units that allowed me to develop many clinical skills. Medication administration, IV Insertion/Monitoring, Blood draw, Glucose Monitoring, Catheter Care, Colostomy Care, insulin administration, End of Life Care, Trach care and Suctioning, Wound Care. Flexible and able to adapt to changing client needs. Most importantly, I am compassionate and caring! I'm back part-time at school studying medical laboratory science. I provide care to the elderly as well as nanny services for families during the week. I volunteer in the community providing health talks to seniors at a retirement home.
